I am the owner of a small healthcare Product agency. We help houses, buildings and companies with our air purifier healthcare product.

For what projects/services did your company hire PegaLogics, and what were your goals?

I have used PegaLogics for my website development project. The goals vary depending on the particular project, but in general we utilize Pega's UI UX and programming expertise to develop engaging, user-intuitive websites for my business to increase the sale.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I started working with PegaLogisc based on a recommendation of a mutual colleague/friend. I was looking for a development partner that would compliment our creative approach. I wanted a company that not only did what I asked but offered insight and suggestions to improve user experience.

I work with PegaLogics through Teamwork developing WordPress websites. I generally send them a scope of work in which they promptly review and respond with any questions. A cost and timeline is developed and approved before project inception. PegaLogics has always reviewed each project in detail and never misses the deadline.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I generally work with the CEO and Project Manager. She (Uzma Naz) has been amazing to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have worked with PegaLogics on a number of projects as stated earlier. While I cannot provide data metrics, I can confidently say that PegaLogics has had a positive effect on my clients.

All of the communication I have done with PegaLogics has been via skype and whatsapp group. PegaLogics responds quickly and even responds during off-hours. This is one of the main reasons I have continued to work with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In a word communication. PegaLogics continually sends updates throughout the project lifecycle. If we are falling behind on responses to questions, they continually follow-up. They are also very helpful with explaining technical tasks so our client can easily understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was completely satisfied with the work PegaLogics did.

I am the owner of Study4Age social networking platform. Study4Age is Social Media Platform that connects with multiple people from Haryana. People can join easily and chat with each other. Users can create groups and share text, documents, and other kinds of stuff. This platform provides you to connect with influencers and other people as well as people who can earn money to encourage you to join other people, where they can share all the education, job, general information with each other.

Initially we hired Pegalogics for UI UX for website, once they completed our wireframe and design phase we continued the development phase. Our goal is to cater services through this platform provides you to connect with influencers and other people as well as people who can earn money to encourage you to join other people, where they can share all the education, job, general information with each other.

We searched online for web developers in google and social media platforms. After interviewing such developers and companies, we chose Pegalogics based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed a dynamic website.

A project manager Uzma Naz was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 3 frontend, backend developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our site, we saw a good in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the website. People love the design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. My team had never worked with any website before, so they took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves. They helped us scale our business in a much better way.

As per the current market and tech idea we decided to take our advertising platform and strategy to the next level where they can gain and lead more customers. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an customized dynamic website. They build admin area to updated the content to reflect our company's services, advertisement lists, advertiser's registration and profiles and created a landing page with a contact form.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also a Backend, a frontend developers, a tester and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our site, we saw a 85% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the website. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We hired the Pegalogics for website UI UX, Logo, Visiting Card and letter head pad design for our fashion boutique to lunch digitally in digital market.

We searched on the web and referred by our friend who is in the IT industry who already worked with them.

Pegalogics conducted meeting with us to understand the work and our motive to launch our product. Their UI UX team researched and analyzed our product with competitors and created/designed as we want as per our aspects. They created a modern design to stand in the market on the web. With nice design and beautiful layout we completed the work with the Pegalogics team.

During the project there were 4 members team who was working on my project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am pleased to share that with the deliverables from their team. The UI UX is the foundation for the website to build the website development. We have tested with our team and friends where we got excellent feedbacks from them. The work of UI UX is also perfectly reflects the vision we had at the start, helping us create a user-friendly and easy to navigate website for our customers and visitors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Specially thanks to Mr. Lokesh (Technical Consultant) that they gave me a excellent team who understood my vision and industry to work for. Ms. Uzma coordinated with me all the time when required and always ready to connect and solved all my queries. Over-all the team of Pegalogics is excellent and awesome. I had a awesome experience with the team nd learned so much. I had much queries during the work and the team is always catered me what I wanted at that moment. I am happy that I have work with them and in the future I will aspect that will work again together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The uniqueness of the company and their team is that they have unique concept to let you know about your industry. They don't work for you only they suggest you better as per the current era and industry. they always show me out-of-the-box thinking and created a very beautiful UI UX design for my boutique. They completely understand the area of your work and client's mentality. They don't go ahead until they understand the exact requirements of the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As I found the team and founder, I didn't find anything to say that thy need to improve. they are different and unique with excellent support and service. Which matters and excellent team.
