I am the CEO and Project Manager of a company that sells and resells goods internationally.

For what projects/services did your company hire PDM - Panama Design & Marketing, and what were your goals?

We hired PDM for Social Media improvement and SEO aswell as back link building. We needed to boost our sales - and they made it happen.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Their own social media and website really spoke to us. We wanted modern but inviting designs.

While they incorporated all of my ideas, they really took charge of the whole project and made it happen, while sending me updates.Very easy to work with.

I spoke to multiple workes, but my specific worker was Maria. She was always available.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales sky-rocketed soon after the website launched. We really understood the importance of a good representative position in the internet for companies these days.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I could check in as often as I wanted, but it was very nice to simply trust PDM and then receive such a great result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was extremely easy to get exactly what we wanted. Their trained employees knew what was important and implemented it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since the launch everything has been working perfectly, but I feel like I can call anytime, if something should come up.
