Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

For close to 2 decades we have relied on Soroush and his team of technicians to help us. 

As the president of HOA of Casa de Coloes in Santa Monica for over 20 years I have asked Soroush to provide technology, equipment and services, everything from security camera systems and wifi mesh network to coax and fiber optics for our internet provisioning in our homes to TV installations and steaming services and computer stations and printers to accounting systems and access and backup systems of all legal and financial documents and records which are always needed and accessed by HOA members and government entities. 

We have always been satisfied with investigation and design  of solutions and execution of the projects and maintenance of our technology systems. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had problems with documents missing and or people not remembering what they claimed or wanted and or needed records for sales or purchase of our condos. We have always been able to locate what we needed and provide records in very speedy manner which is something in past times before we had access to these technologies PCHelperTeam provided for us was never possible. 

Most basic things would take days or weeks to collect or send to pertaining parties or oraganizations. After Soroush has introduced us to simple-to-understand and easy-to-operate systems we can get things done in minutes. It is a true belssing to have him and his team around. 

There is a thing old folks say, you always need a good lawyer and a good doctor and a good mechanic and you are set, but I will tell you more important than all these is a good tech. Soroush made things work. He was exceptionally creative and found solutions to problems. He explained things so simply; we understood as he explained, even if we needed something to be reviewed multiple times.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The way Soroush and his staff work is that they always ask questions about what we want or need. Or if there is an issue they ask a few questions and I can see then they ask more questions about time frame and deadline and budget and then they provide with a few very good options not that we like every option but when we see there are differwnt ways to go by and do things this helps us very much. 

Our HOA memenrs are always happy with options we can choose from to satify budget, deadlines and specific features provided. I don't recall any time we have not been offered options and we have very strict criteria and standrads and we expect a lot from our vendors. Soroush with PCHelperTeam really has not ever under delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I like is that even that they are small business yet they offer good service around the clock 24/7. Answer calls and help us on the phone when we need help. That isdedication. They also always foolow up with us to check things and at times they do it for weeks after the projects are done. That is persistence. 

We use latest Apple and Microsoft. They bring equipment from Dell and HP and install  Google and Amazon systems and we benefit tremendously coming various walks of life and some even from the old generation. We do things in seconds when we would be doing those things over days or weeks and we have Soroush and PCHelperTeam to thank for. They are our blessing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PCHelperTeam could have done differently?

We have been mainly very happy and satisfied but in the very early years when their business was smaller they would not answer 24/7 and billing was sometimes delayed and we would get bills weeks after which sometimes our accountant would ask. There has been incident of a part not being brought over wrong part being bought but comparing to all the good work we have recieved we can not compalin and it hasnt been anything we would be worrying about.
