I’m the co-founder and co-owner of Seven Core Fitness, a gym chain.

We needed an agency to design and develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Parenthesys Technologies did everything for me; they designed and developed our website from scratch. The site has online booking, WhatsApp, email, and social media integrations. I requested some of the designs, and they also gave suggestions on how to make the site better.

Currently, they're doing maintenance for the platform.

What is the team composition?

There are 2–3 people from their team involved, including a project manager.

Someone who knew about their work referred them to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $90 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

50% of our business' income comes from our website. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with their work.

How did Parenthesys Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well; whenever I need help, they assist me. In terms of communication, we use phone calls, emails, and Facetime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re productive and keep constant communication with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they continuously follow up with me and make suggestions for what I need to do with my business.
