We hired Parallel Galaxies for 2D graphics (concept art, website, pitch deck), 3D Art (characters, creatures, environment, & building), and unreal engine 5 development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on upwork and Anirban had many good projects they had worked on in the past to show for their skills.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They began the demo for a fantasy mmo rpg from GDD through completed demo in unreal engine 5. We started in the GDD creation of the demo, then we began concept art for the creatures & heroes. Then we went into the 3D art development, which they would give good updates along the way.

While in this phase, the unreal engine team built the skills, VFX, and animations for the characters. On a separate note, we also did some deeper tech exploration with blockchain integrations into the game & worked on the metaverse aspect of the project with the creation of a few buildings. They were also able to build my website & pitch deck for investors.

15+ people. Their CEO, project manager, art director, game designer, 5 3D Artists, a few 2D artists, a tester, & 4 unreal engine developers, and a cinematic artist.

The demo is still in development. But many people I have shared the project with have really liked the visuals they had seen.

The project management was great. They settled all issues they had control over as quickly as possible. I have since becomes friends with them. A really great group of guys.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered very good services at an affordable price. Their 3D art team and director were very good. They have access to top professionals at a discounted price compared to what we would pay in the west.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The area I was least pleased with was the unreal engine programming team. However, with time they have greatly improved on this area and found much better talent.

the measurable outcome of this project was that the company parallel galaxies pvt ltd is fake software providing company which has fake reviews on upwork and clutch both. hence we invested huge amount of money which bore no fruit and outcome, as they went underground by blocking profiles on upwork and whatsapp when asked to refund the money.

The concerned person Anirban and Pradeep are in cahoots and they dupe people online of their money. we have filed a legal suite on this company and hope the truth will prevail.

Project management is biggest drawback of this company, they did not and could not deliver anything as they started blackmailing and asking for money even when the project was only 1% done. they have a mode of work where they give false hope to online businesses and dupe them.
