Their team tests our application ID and infrastructure — they identify any vulnerabilities and report these to us so that we can get them fixed by a different team. Additionally, they deliver standard reports and verify our internal audits.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can work on allocating more money to work on their resources. However, I understand that they are a small company, so that will take some time. Apart from that, they’ve been a great partner to us.

It’s important that you find the right communication channels for the project management to go well. Things will go smoothly from there because they are a very engaged team.
