Ozitech created a system for Network Marketing, the system that uses binary system linked to products. They also had to do data migration for over 2000 users manually from our old system to the new one they created because the Programmer refused to give us data, but they did that diligently and were very patient with us. They also creates user admin and website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The service is EXCELLENT, they really have extensive knowledge of their work. They listen to us and always try to come up with a solution no matter how complicated the need may be. We asked them that our system be live on the 1st of November 2023, will all the hiccups we had of transferring data manually, they managed to meet the deadline and we got the best system with accurate data that was migrated manually.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Extremely efficient, they deliver on time and goes out of their way to make sure the customers need is met. Our contract stipulated that they will only work Monday to Friday but they ended up working on Saturday and Sunday to attend to our queries. Very understanding and are always available virtual / email but we best communicated on wattapp as it was the easiest form of communication.

Going out of their way to meet our needs. Nothing was impossible to them, we had other programmers telling us what we wanted was impossible until we met Ozitech and they managed to design what we wanted; efficiently

We are more than satisfied
