For what projects/services did your company hire OXENTREE, and what were your goals?

I first created a website back in 2018, in 2020 I decided to update my Website and make it the best it could be !

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After working previously with different developers and agencies that I was not happy with, I was put in touch with Oxentree.com a software development agency. I am 150% satisfied with OXENTREE, especially with their attention to detail, work rate, professionalism, and honesty.

After initial meeting, we just hit it from day one, everything I asked of this company to do, they did it and did even better than had been requested to do and are still working with me to this day ! These guys are the best developers I have worked with to date, whether it be Wordpress, PHP etc This company has my 150% appreciation.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I initially I had a project manager out sourced, But I found working with George at oxentree so easy, he just made it so easy to work with, there was no need for a project manager, Anything I asked George to develop it would be done exactly the way I wanted, most of the times even better than I wanted and in the minimal amount of time !

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After Launching my New site, I have seen the traffic treble, the return users have doubled, I think the work Oxentree done on my website speaks for itself, you can view it at www.jammer.ie He has developed a website that is user friendly and encouraging to customers to visit repeatedly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was done through trello, so I was inform in real time what work was in process, I could ask for changes to work within reason and best of all I was advised at times what might work better, before proceeding with work, I was also inform immediately when work was completed to test. It was a mammoth of a website and the guys at oxentree made it easy and pleasurable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive about Oxentree was how pleasurable it was to work with them, in the past, I have worked with other developers and you would hear I don't think, or I can't do that ! I have never hear these words from Oxentree, when asked to do something it was done !

Another thing about Oxentree is they went above and beyond what they were asked to do, to make the site better than what I ever expected or imagined, they took the time to train and still give me brilliant advice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched the site, their was bugs ( naturally ) there always is when you launch a new site, but Oxentree eliminated all bugs in unprecedented time and manner. I don't usually give reference or leave feed back, but in Oxentree case it would unjust not to ! As far as I'm concerned Oxentree are the best in their profession, I would more than gladly recommend them for any development work.
