OA has provided both part-time and full-time remote coders to integrate into our onsite team and assist with the development of client websites. Deliverables include completed pages, web tools, technical integrations, and daily and weekly check-ins on progress.

Communication and deliveries on development times with stated go-live dates. Our remote team works diligently and communicates clearly throughout each project to keep the entire team informed and up todate. They are truly an extension of our team.

The remote team is completely integrated into our onsite team by using the same Trello project management tool. We all track projects and progress there in real time.

I've been Senior PM at the company for the past 5 years. The company was created in 2007 and offered mostly database driven application development until the beginning of this year when we moved into web development for one of our biggest cients.

We had a sudden influx of WordPress development and support requests from one of our biggest clients. They wanted us to support, maintain and upgrade 80 funeral sites. We needed a helping hand from an experienced team at an affordable cost. We found Outsource Argentina through word of mouth and started a collaboration. They have not only fulfilled that need but also helped in the development of a whole new web product for the funeral industry which we intend to market and sell in 2023.

They were highly recommended and we got a very good impression in our first meeting. Their COO was the main contact and that made us feel valued. They showed similar work done in WordPress for other clients, the portfolio showed beautiful designs which was a big plus.

We wanted to develop a brand new product for the Funeral Industry that included a Burials and Cremations e-commerce application, marketing sites, integration with an existing obituaries platform and an existing cost estimations tool. We had 80 sites to support, maintain and upgrade. Technologies used: WordPress (including multiple plugins), WooCommerce, PHP, and Gravity Forms).

I had contact mainly with their COO at the beginning, and then with the senior PM assigned to our project. I did not have direct contact with the analysts, developers or designers but know that at least 6 other resources were part of the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In general, the work relationship is great. They are quick to respond to emails, always available for meetings, highly responsive when issues arise. They provide consulting services beyond what's required. They adivised us on the use of third party software that we needed for online signatures.

An example of extraordinary results is the fact that they delivered the Cremations website well in advance of the deadline and it included features that we were not expecting until Phase II of development. We cannot share the links to these sites because we work under NDAs with the end clients.

They adapted to our project management style. We use JIRA (agile methogologies with 2 week sprints), Skype, Zoom and Google Drive. They invoice us through Odoo. They are very good at keeping boards updated and lines of communication open.

We had previous experience with teams abroad and some issues we faced were the holidays and the time difference. With Outsource Argentina we share the same time zone and they adapt to our holidays so that we are fully supported on business days.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that they are growing very fast and doing their best to service all their old and new clients. I've heard they are hiring new resources to catch up. Hope the new staff members are as good as the current ones.

In a few month after putting everything to work, we have a many visits and better control of the sales opportunities that we generate form the website. Almost 30% more visits to the website portal that leave us a follow-up in the CRM of our, a wbesite that responisrve to mobiles and that allows us to reach more customers.

We proposed to develop and implement a virtual data platform to condense and systematize the environmental information generated by the different actors involved in the territorial intervention and/or conservation processes in the province of Salta.

We already had previous experience of working with the company that had provided an efficient and effective solution to a demand that we had within the framework of another research project.

This development constitutes a technical tool for different areas of the government and companies linked to activities that involve territorial interventions. All environmental information surveyed is validated by specialists and is freely accessible, to prevent environmental data collection and registration activities from being repeated indefinitely; but it also allows sharing, integrating, transferring and adding information to a common and dynamic database that provides the intervening actors (state, science institutions and companies) environmental information with a scientific and technical basis, contributing to the development of territorial interventions in a sustainability context. All the information uploaded to the Viewer can be used to carry out inspections, controls and design of more effective land use planning policies.

The base module has been developed in PHP language and MySql database engine, for which the modifications and new functionalities will be developed in the same technology. The GIS engine that will be used is Open Gis Lab.

The scientific system, companies, and consultants have generated over a long time a gigantic volume of information linked to territorial interventions in the region. Its systematization will make it possible to take advantage of the information generated by specialists and not replicate it or incur registration errors by non-specialists.

The modifications were made, based on the survey and the reengineering of the processes, contemplating the modifications to the system interfaces and their redesign, taking into account the user experience. These tasks include programming activities and performance testing. We hold face-to-face meetings with the team and daily communications by email, chats and virtual meetings.

We had permanent access to all stages of project development and direct communication with the entire work group and they were always willing to make the changes proposed by our team of professionals.

After launching our systems and website, we saw a 90% growth in communication through our website and 70% of people making digital payments. Also an organized and easy to interpret student data management.
