We needed to develop a SaaS platform for a school ERP system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OTUSONE LLP developed a SaaS school ERP software from scratch and maintained it. The software included features for finance and data management.

We found them through an online search. We talked to many companies, and OTUSONE LLP told us they had good experience and a very good team. Their budget was also at the market level.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025–May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OTUSONE LLP delivered substandard work. The software was riddled with daily bugs, and the team failed to perform any testing. Their approach lacked professionalism, and they were resistant to constructive feedback.

How did OTUSONE LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

OTUSONE LLP did not appoint a project manager, which required me to assume both the roles of tester and project manager. Our collaboration was conducted through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

There was nothing impressive about working with OTUSONE LLP.
