Design the main user interface components for a smartwatch, including the main feature tiles, the watch faces of 5-6 styles, the icon systems, the color, and fonts, and develop the app icon and the main UI pages of the accompanying user application for the smartwatch. Output the design kit for future modification and extended designs.

• Design output based on the prototype pages and review inputs

The project was managed in a rigid way following the initial project plan. The design items have been delivered on time. They were very understanding and adaptive when we adjusted the design tasks in the middle of the project. They earnestly tried to understand our product definition and the feedback regarding the design outputs.

The team is characterized by a high level of energy and passion towards their work, a willingness to consider new ideas and perspectives, and a strong drive to expand and develop their business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Orizon Design could have done differently?

As most of our team members are in China and barely speak English, there are both a language barrier and a 13 hours' time difference. When summarizing the project, we see that adding a project manager speaking both English and Madarine could have done a great help for this project.

We hired Orizon for a complete design overhaul of our platform. We wanted to heavily focus on UX/UI capabilities.

We searched online, received referrals, and vetted our potential partners to the point where we felt comfortable with their expertise for our needs.

We went through 15 sprint weeks in order to come up with the UX/UI flow and design of our FlixLatino platform, beginning with Webpage HTML5, through iOS and Android and then connected TVs. New features were developed, all screens were modified to have a more unified experience and brand consistency.

Not at this time, we are implementing the design at this moment and launching in q1 2023.

The workflow between our team and theirs was extremely effective. They were always focused on efficiency and improving our work output.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creative spectrum, within our brand guidelines, allowing for the pushing of the envelope while still maintaining the essence of its origin. All of this would be clearly communicated, and exhibited through weekly meetings, slack and other communication channels.

None that I can think of at this time.

When reaching out to a bunch of vendors, their design process stood out. Their portfolio was extensive and gave us a lot of confidence to move forward.

The designs were great. We were delighted in the process of implementing the designs.

Orizon has done everything from competitor research, UX wireframing, high-fidelity application design, animation, and branding for our primary UI product offerings and company as a whole.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've worked with Aurelien and Orizon for many years with great success. It was a no-brainer to work with them on Engi!

We started from scratch to design Engi's gig economy for programmers. We started by understanding the competitor space and then dove into wireframing initial versions of the product. We've continued to design various flows of the application at increasing levels of fidelity and excellence.

In total, we're using 2 full-time designers with a project manager and project lead. Animation designer(s) have joined as static designs reach high levels of fidelity.

Orizon continues to deliver a high volume of excellent design work and innovation propelling our business forward and supporting our UI engineering efforts fantastically.

Very effective. Communication is solid, review and feedback channels are in place, and weekly review sessions are very productive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are extremely impressed by their ability to create a unique brand from scratch that truly resonates with our company. Additionally, the quality of static and motionful designs is at the highest levels of excellence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Extremely high levels of detail require immense domain expertise. As a cryptotechnology company focused on on-demand programming labor, it is my responsibility to inject domain knowledge into the design team's work. They adapt and respond to learning this new space extremely well.

We had a very basic design of the app that we needed fully upgrading across both UI and UX.

I emailed roughly 30 companies, had calls with about 5 of them and selected Horizon of the back of our chats together

We spent the first week going through competitors and everything we needed the app to do. The 7 weeks was then broken out into weekly sprints where the team focused on different features and pages of the app.

Very pleased with the overall deliverables. We didn't quite finish all the stuff we had hoped to in the 7 week timeline but definitely more than enough for us to focus on building and we will be working with them again in the future to iron on the few final aspects

The project consisted of weekly meetings for 16 weeks. The team was very responsive and considered our feedback very closely. There was always a open channel of communication which allowed us to iterate quickly together.

The application is currently in development.

I was impressed by the amount of talent that Orizon Design UI/UX has. Each individual has a lot of experience and it really showed when facing issues that havent been solved before.
