concept and development of an online cloud based logistics and inventory application. We wanted to use laravel as a basic plattform to start building different web and mobile apps, starting with the logistic / inventory application. Important to know is that the logistic / inventory application has to be synchronized via api to another application that we are using, so that we only have one centralized database to manage customer and employee datas.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Most important is that PRODUCTIVITY of the logistics process had to increase. A lot of packages are sent out every day. Thanks to the new logistic process, we have full controll about all steps and always know, which task has which progress / status. (OVERVIEW of Statuses in each Tasks.)

I must point out, that the communication and reachability is incredible good and very professional. New tasks, updates and corrections are always delivered on time. No matter what changes have to be made during the development, there is never an issue or discussion, it is just done and delivered proberly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The response time is amazing. No matter what new challenges we come up with, they always find a solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iCreatewebtech could have done differently?

I really like working together with this partner (iCreatewebtech). If there is anything, than I would suggest to improve the grafic design skill a little more, or find a freelancer for their projects. In my case, I like to give out full projects to one single contact (company) and not only the coding here and the graphics (or something else) to a third partie. But this meight be different for other customers.

We are a small IT service company. We provide Mobiles apps and website design and support to our customers. I am managing director of the company.

We hired iCreatewebtech to develop Native Mobile App for Android and iOS and Web App for the desktop version of our application with an admin dashboard. Our goal was to deliver the mobile app to our customer who placed the order. iCreatewebtech helped us to achieve our goal successfully.

We were using freelancer advising service and they selected three candidates for us. During our interview of each service provider, we found iCreatewebtech a better fit for our project, and that was a right decision.

The scope of work was to deliver the a Native Mobile App for Auto Towing industry. We went over the specification we received from the customer with iCreateWebtech, and reached in agreement. IcreateWebtech deliever the project and fixes all the issues we found. Our customer were happy.

We mainly worked with Two people from the vendor's team and I believe both of them are project managers.

The key measurable outcomes for us was to ensure all the customer specifications were included in the App. Our customer accepted the product after testing each feature.

We were regularly communicating via online chat system.

The communication skill and willingness to fix any issue were very impressive. Also, the extent they go to make sure we were satisfied with the product was something impressed me the most.

I think they did everything to the fullest of my satisfaction.

I’m not sure if I can share any metrics because they’re quite confidential, so I’ll just say that we track the project through milestones and the time they spend accomplishing tasks.

They perform well from a project management standpoint, as they’re very clear with their estimates and costs.

We typically communicate through Skype and Zoom.
