Please describe your company and your position there.

Im the CEO of Outfts, we build creators websites and stores in minutes allowing them to capitalise on social commerce.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orbiqon Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired Orbiqon to lead our BE and FE development.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor was recommended by a friend, and after seeing the work they did on that project, I was happy to move forward.

We first started with a discovery workshop to discuss my vision for the Creator platform. I shared with them some design mock-up and they gave great feedback and target timing. We started the development and they stuck to the timelines and price we agreed. Since then I have continued to work with them and they have always delivered. We just Java, ReachJS (nextJS), Figma and more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with 8 different team members, including Shazim who is a fantastic project manager. Currently, I work daily with 5 team members, a mixture of FE and BE.

We launched the project within the timeframe set and continue to deliver new features, I am confident in the team's ability to deliver the deliverables on time consistently.

We use Slack, Jira, Figma, Tempo and have regular meetings.

Their devotion to the vision I had, and the relentless effort to always make sure our needs were met in time.

We need to create more documentation as we go, this is mainly an issue on my half and has been raised to my attention.
