Project Details

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a Telegram bot specifically designed for selling advertisements, with an innovative twist of integrating Solana blockchain for payment processing. In writing, here's what I need: 

• User Registration: Allow users to sign up and manage their profiles within the Telegram bot environment. 
  • Affiliate System:Implement an affiliate system that rewards users for certain actions. It’s crucial that this system supports multiple levels or tiers to motivate long-term engagement and growth within the platform. Rewards should be automatically triggered by the completion of transactions. 
• Core Features: 
  • Payment Processing: Ability to handle transactions directly with cryptocurrencies, specifically within the Solana ecosystem. 
  • Ad Creation Interface: A user-friendly mechanism for advertisers to create and submit their ads through the bot. 
  • Blockchain Confirmation: After a payment is made, the transaction must be confirmed on the Solana blockchain to ensure authenticity and security. 
  • Webapp Administration: An administrative backend, accessible via a web application, for managing ads, viewing transaction histories, and overseeing user interactions. _______ 
• The admin can:
  • See all users and their -- downline -- balance/earned this week --earned till now from 1° and 2° level -- n° of sponsored post (ads) brough -- amount of $ spend on ads

• Here's a clear and simplified version of the Telegram bot project
  • Startup and Invitation: 
    • Initial user (user1) starts the bot and receives a personal link to invite friends to a group (command: `/ref`). 
    • When invited friends (user2) join the group, user1 is notified and can view their number and/or network list (command: `/network`). 
  • Group and Promotions: 
    • The group serves as a place where members can promote messages. 
    • User2 decides to buy a promotional package for $10 (command: `/promo`), uses the bot to upload an image or video along with text and a link, makes the payment in cryptocurrency using the Solana blockchain, and the message is published in the group. It can be republished several times if user2 purchases a package that includes this feature. 
    • User2 can view links of published posts for verification (command: `/mypromo`). 
    • User1 is immediately notified of earning a commission from the sale. 
    • User1 will earn a commission forever on the purchases made by the friends they invite. 
  • Commissions and Administration: 
    • All user commissions must be recorded and available for download in CSV format for weekly payments. 
    • Admin commands include viewing user lists (/users), affiliate lists (/affs), total promo sales (/balance), amount paid to affiliates (/paidaff), sum to be paid (/payaff), and downloading CSV with affiliate wallets and amounts due (/pay), along with a notification command (/notify). 
  • Wallet Configuration and Notifications: 
    • User1 must set up their wallet within the bot and be able to change it at any time (command: `/wallet`). 
    • Users are notified upon receiving commission payments. 
    • User1 can view a report of their earnings so far (command: `/balance`) and export it as an image detailing earned SOL, number of people invited, etc. 
  • Promotion Approval Process: 
    • The promo purchased and confirmed by user2 must be reviewed by an admin, who can approve, deny, or postpone the post for editing with a justification. 
    • After the first approval, user2 can publish promos without further filters. 
  • Post Reporting: 
    • Users in the group can report a post to the bot for review. 
  • Ideal Skills and Experience: 
    • Strong proficiency in creating and managing Telegram bots. 
    • Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, with specific experience in Solana. 
    • Experience in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies. 
    • Proficiency in programming languages suitable for blockchain integration, such as Rust, C++, or others relevant to Solana development. 
    • Capability to design a user-friendly interface within the Telegram bot framework. 
    • Acumen in ensuring the security and privacy of user data.
