We wanted to create an app for our business whereby customers could book our services in advance and manage their bookings. Our handymen could also know where they were booked for the day and plan their day accordingly. The project's main challenge was to understand what we really wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Optimal IT Solutions provided a roadmap, created the app, and trained us on how to use it. They also recommended a value-added feature to me. They provided an in-built prioritization and roadmap tool through which our handymen would attend the closest job from their place first and then move towards the other through a routing process.

It saved us so much time thinking and prioritizing jobs. They also added really cool features for our customers with automatic discounts for high-paying clients.
