To accomplish this task, 3 OnHires’ workers were allocated, who made up the project team. Then, the company’s two recruiters and one sourcer began searching for and selecting candidates that met our requirements. The work process was accompanied by active sourcing, selecting candidates for further interviews, and regular exchange of information between our representatives and the project team. In the end, seven specialists were hired for our company.

We chose the salary percentage pricing model (pay-per-result). So, we agreed a percentage for each candidate based on candidate’s annual salary. OnHires organized the whole hiring process: they prepared job descriptions for 3 different marketing positions, a great company description, posted job advertisements, built an online application process and a recruiting process in general.

Then they screened job seekers who applied and conducted series of the interviews with prepared interview questions with the most relevant candidates. Recruiters also wrote reviews after each interview for my team. It was really useful and helped us to choose the future employees.

We had a need to replenish our staff with several positions of web developers (full-stack, front-end, back-end) and one role of an IT support specialist. Our prior experience with self-employment has shown that this process is not cost-effective for our company. In addition, not being recruiting experts, we experienced difficulties in sourcing job seekers and selecting qualified applicants who met our requirements.

In working with OnHires’ recruiters, no such challenges arose.
