We built a 20+ member dev team that was responsible for frontend and backend deliverables. The team met daily and responsive to last minute changes and continued modifications. The scope of work included building a CRM and marketplace for selling commercial real estate deals.

The time consistently responded in a timely and gracious manner. They worked overtime and through illness and the war in Ukraine. Overall they demonstrated the highest levels of tenacity, focus, and dedication.

They were gracious enough to field requests or updates at anytime of day and had no problem working into the late hours of the night and early mornings. The team was also very trainable and interested in learning about the intricacies of commercial real estate to help make the product more efficient.
Are there any areas for improvement or something OneStop DevShop could have done differently?
The team is overall phenomenal. One area they could improve upon is setting design standards in-place before embarking on major changes so corrections are not necessary in the future. Design work was good, but it could be improved upon to allow all the backend work to shine through to the users.
