One Peak Agency builds digital products and fixes the systems around them. We work with startups and established companies on web, mobile, and desktop software, then handle the design, brand, and search work needed to get it used.
Most product builds take four to eight weeks. The same senior team stays with the project from scope and architecture through launch. We do not subcontract.
For new products, we design and build the full workflow, including frontend, backend, APIs, deployment, and analytics. Our stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, Flutter, and React Native.
We also rescue stalled products and codebases that have outgrown Lovable, Base44, Bolt.new, or another AI or no-code builder. We review what is worth keeping, fix the weak parts, and take the product to production.
For growth work, we combine SEO, GEO/AEO, content, and paid acquisition with technical changes to the product or site. Our work for Alliance Medical France increased organic clicks by 451% in 28 days.
Brand projects cover positioning, identity, color, type, and design systems. We deliver usable assets and code-ready tokens, not a PDF that gets forgotten.
Recent work includes Scanbrix, a 3D capture platform rebuilt across iOS, web, and backend in two months; Eazmenu, a multilingual QR ordering platform; and Trainerrr, a cross-platform app connected to Claude and ChatGPT through a typed MCP server.
Clients see working software during the build. At handover, the code and accounts belong to them, and we include 30 days of support. We work internationally in English and French.

Our Story
One Peak was founded by Abdellatif Kebraoui, who leads product and engineering, and Zakaria Razik, who leads product and growth. There are five of us: two co-founders, a backend and systems engineer, a growth strategist, and a full stack developer. We keep the work in house instead of subcontracting it. We work in English and French with founders and small teams around the world.
