I am the marketing director for our E-commerce for accessories for smartphone and smartwatch.

We want to grow our services and expand our reach to the right customers. we hired them to help us grow in SEO and improve our page experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with many different companies before reaching out to OP media to see what they are capable off and if they are able to help us grow they way we want and we found many unique ways they think and work.

Many things where discussed about how the works should be divided and done and the best ways was for OP media to take care of everything for us, even the analytics because it is much easier for them to plan the work and make everything as efficient as possible.

A project manager and two SEO specialists who we always communicate with about the project.

In short period of time, we have seen growth in many of our categories that we had not expected to grow in. our branch is very harsh and hard to work in and they still managed to make much better work than the other companies we worked with.

They are very flexible and always get the job done in time, including understandable analytics about what is going on and what the next step is based on their analytics.

They are a talented team who knows what they are doing and always do their best. always answering our questions and give us the information needed to understand what is going and explain in a way to make even people who are not good in SEO and analytics to understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always improvement to do in life, since SEO is such a big project it is hard to see anything they could have done differently based on our knowledge from the other companies we worked with.
