Ominira LPO

Ominira is a legal process outsourcing (LPO) company that helps law firms manage the recurring administrative work behind every case, client intake calls, demand letter drafting, case file management, and general legal administrative support, without pulling attorneys or in-house staff away from casework. Ominira works inside each firm's existing case management systems and instructions, and engagements can be structured full-time or part-time depending on a firm's caseload. Most firms are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement, and client files never leave the firm's own systems. Ominira was founded by Aleeza Irfan, who previously worked as a case manager inside a personal injury firm.
