We diliver alot of schemes in an appropriate way to the customers.Where Customers can pay appropriate installments in an appropriate time.We hired so many Personnel for our system either it is IT,Building, Planning or Human Resource Management . I am The Chief Executive Officer at a real estate company.

For what purpose did your company hire Okratech?

Everything in our System was developed and was managed but we want to change our legacy system into computerize system. That is why we contacted with Okratech by one of our relative who was working in Okratech. We want to make Enterprise Resource planning Software, Scheme System and an app for our clients.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We want to make a secure Software system for our business activities. It should be highly secured and it should take care of privacy protection.

How did you select this vendor?

Okratech is recommended by some of our partners who has made software already by them. That's why we selected this vendor because of their experiences, skills and appropriate budget cost.

As I mentioned earlier, that one of our partner recommended to deal with Okratech .So,first of all, we have arranged meeting with them. after that we delivered all of our requirements to them. then,they took a time and we had certain meetings with them about our software.

What percentage did Okratech take in commission?

Okratech neither charge us by wanting us the lease nor they took commission. They just charged us what was their right and we paid them timely.

What was the team composition?

There were Five Persons Which were involved in making this software which did not leave a stone unturned in our software system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

There are primarily several outcomes whenever we had meeting with them. They took alot of care about the Security issues in our software system. They made a complete Admin controlling system for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between our team and theirs was very friendly. They cooperated with each other in a very best manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They never ignored us. whatever we say, they have have made like that but better than that. They were listening to us. They served the customers well. They understood us the necessary precautions when using the software.

Are there any areas for improvement?

yes. They should focus more and more about Security issues. Although they have provided us a very secure Software system.
