I am the owner of Jimmy the Plumber. We do residential plumbing.

We use them to get leads from the internet from places like Craigslist and HomeAdvisor.

Chris Higby the Owner is my half brother. I know he had lots of experience and gave me a good deal.

I barely use the internet and they basically did everything and I always get way more business than I can handle.

I only worked directly with the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the very beginning, I was getting more calls than I could handle. We actually had to reduce all the things we could do so that I could keep up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was very smooth. Once everything got started, I was informed on what was happening, but not having to do much of anything other than make decisions or give approvals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've gotten me so many calls that I've had to reduce my monthly marketing budget to keep up. They help me be more profitable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not make me so busy.
