I am the owner of Jimmy the Plumber. We do residential plumbing.

Chris Higby the Owner is my half brother. I know he had lots of experience and gave me a good deal.

From the very beginning, I was getting more calls than I could handle. We actually had to reduce all the things we could do so that I could keep up.

Everything was very smooth. Once everything got started, I was informed on what was happening, but not having to do much of anything other than make decisions or give approvals.
