We have connected with Odd Even Infotech from LinkedIn. After discussing with the team & management we have found that this organization is a team of young and passionate professional. They are working with growing mindset not with bossiness mindset.

After our discussion with the team , where we explain our requirement and expectations. Team had provided 

• Firstly came up with the template for the website
• Provided us th document for the all the use cases for our CRM application
• Then we got our website ready with dummy data
• They implemented CRM on phase and flow wise manner.
• Now we our website and application ready which we are using on daily basis as per our requirement.

We got assigned 3 people . - 1 Team Leader - 1 Web Designer & 1 Application Developer Communication and all discussion happened with the team lead and bi-weekly we also discuss or connect with the founders of the organization.

After launching our website we are getting good feedback for our website as we keep updates our events there. After using the CRM application it reduced our manual efforts so much. We don't need to depend on excel sheet or mail for the status tracking for the CSR activity. Overall via application around 50% our manual efforts got reduced and productivity also improved by 20%

Team Leader shared us daily status report and have a 2-way communication for any changes or improvement in developed task. We have weekly or biweekly meeting with the founders of the organization where we discusses high level design or changes or improvement or progress .

They provide professional website and provide a training to our team so that we can easily update if any changes need to do on our website or any events or article need to add. Their training, support, and delivery were all delivered on time, which was very impressive.

As a young developers or team they always in position of improvement. Only advice to team is to keep learning new skills.
