Their keenness to learn and quickly design/develop the solution is very good.

Project management—they can do better on this front. Timely delivery was a bit of a challenge. Thankfully, this did not impact the business.

I'm the COO and co-founder of Jatayu Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a software company. We develop AI and machine learning products to streamline and improve healthcare processes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

We needed help developing an end-to-end EMR system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work done?

Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. developed an end-to-end EMR system using Vue.js, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL. The system included functionalities such as patient management, billing, medical report generation and management, and report delivery. The team was responsible for the complete design and development of the frontend.

We worked with three people from Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We found Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through a referral. We chose them due to their technical knowledge and competencies and their price point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–October 2021. However, it was a continuous engagement for one year involving maintenance and updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measured success by checking whether each requirement was met and testing the functionality against various scenarios at the functional, integration, and performance levels. The functionalities met our expectations.

Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s project management was good. They delivered broadly within the timelines. We communicated via email, regular project review meetings, phone, and WhatsApp on an as-needed basis.
