I’m the CEO of Ceylandia, a premier travel agency. We offer personalized travel plans to explore Maldives and Sri Lanka’s stunning landscapes, rich culture, and vibrant cities.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with OCTICK?

We needed a website and social media profiles for our travel agency.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

OCTICK designed and developed our website. The team created all our social media profiles and handled them. We didn’t have to do much; they were very helpful. OCTICK did a few iterations until we liked the website. The team set up the website, our emails, and social media profiles. They created posts and video reels, implemented organic marketing tactics, and actively shared promotional content within relevant online communities and groups. We’re looking forward to running Google and Meta Ads with them.

The website includes an AI chatbot, a lead generation form that emails us, and a dashboard to add blog posts and new packages.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 teammates from OCTICK.

How did you come to work with OCTICK?

A friend referred us to OCTICK after having his own website built by them. The team had a great portfolio, and the owner was a nice fellow who took me over everything.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talking in September 2024. We initiated the project in October and completed everything by January 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OCTICK got the work done. The website traffic went off the charts because one of the reels they created for us went viral.

How did OCTICK perform from a project management standpoint?

OCTICK delivered everything on time and over-delivered. The team responded well to all our needs and concerns. They were also very patient and knowledgeable. We primarily communicated via WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

OCTICK’s communication and dedication were impressive.
