I’m the founder and CEO of The Vortex Island, a multi-ticketing and lifestyle e-commerce platform that connects creators, vendors, and audiences. We enable seamless event ticketing and provide storefronts for beauty and lifestyle professionals to showcase and sell their offerings.

What challenge were you trying to address with OA Softwares?

We needed help to increase our website’s traction. OA Softwares suggested we convert from the usual traditional-based commission charges on each ticket sale into a full-blown SaaS platform that sells event tickets.

This includes brand development, UI/UX design, website/web app development, and ongoing system improvements to support the project’s launch and user experience. The team has worked on all core functionality of our platform.

OA Softwares has delivered a fully functional booking platform with smooth operations, increased user activity, and clear improvements in overall system performance. After they upgraded our platform, user sign-ups increased by 38%, completed bookings rose by 52%, and page load times dropped from 4.2 seconds to 1.3 seconds.Moreover, our returning user rates increased by 24%, the average booking value went up by 17%, customer support tickets dropped by 41%, and platform uptime stabilized at 99.9%.
