I am the owner and operator of TheBlackMarket.live, the online marketplace that specializes in carefully curated products for your enjoyment.

My website started as a test case to document multiple API integrations. Soon after I decided to launch a full production site once the results of the testing were available. o2Script Web Solutions held my hand through a complex development and delivered a solution beyond my expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

During my stint in e-commerce Project Management, I encountered several web development studios. I personally selected o2Script Web Solutions because the design and content of the site were previously prepared. I needed help with Magento 2 upgrading, optimization, and finally migration. The team also assisted with extension customization that made my site unique.

I provided o2Script Web Solutions with my needs (a comprehensive list of my asks) and the team worked tirelessly on the items in the order that made the most sense. If something needed immediate attention the team would quickly shift focus to squash the bugs.

We handled theme customizations, extension conflicts, Braintree payment gateway, shipping policies, product feeds (incoming and outgoing), single sign-on, etc. My team personally loves the work accomplished on refining the website builder so we could make modifications to the theme without having development skills.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with the owner, Jignesh personally throughout my endeavor.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After I launched the site, I began selling products. That's the ultimate goal, right? I can list my products across 4 payment channels with a click of a button and compatibility of the feed is ensured.

We don't use Agile or Scrum in-house and stick to a traditional waterfall-style timeline. I use Google Workspace for collaboration and sharing content and the team at o2Script Web Solutions we able to adapt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed at which the updates were available. New features were enabled faster than I could proactively use them. The theme customization was blazing fast as well because we couldn't decide on what we wanted without actually using it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A questionnaire could be helpful to companies whose main focus isn't in the technical realm. So people want to focus on providing a unique product and not a lot of time with the technology. The thing is, these companies don't know what they don't know and a questionnaire would get the creative juices flowing.

I'm the owner and general manager of Norways largest store for functional fitness equipment.

After migrating to Magento2, we were in dire need of a reliable developer to help us maintain and upgrade the shop. We had tried others who were either unreliable or too expensive.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Communication with Jignesh has been good from the start. Their understanding of all our issues has always been reassuring.

This isn't really a project per se, but running operational tasks. Jignesh has handled both Magento upgrades, customized modules, front end and back end issues as well as troubleshooting other third party modules.

We have always communicated with Jignesh Patel.

It's hard to measure, but we have had total revamps of the site as well as major upgrades og both Magento and modules, and stability has always been good, which is pretty much the end all be all for ecommerce.

All communications has been on Whatsapp, and we have never had any issues getting a hold of Jignesh, even despite time differences.

Adaptability and the fact that response times have always been good. Very few things have been unsolvable.

Nothing really comes to mind.
