Are there any areas for improvement or something NXT LABS could have done differently?

The only area for slight improvement would be post-launch reporting—while we received general usage data, more structured monthly analytics dashboards would’ve helped us track feature adoption at a glance. To their credit, once we requested this, they started designing a lightweight solution that we’ve since been testing internally.
