I am the CEO of Manik Advertisers and we help our clients in media planning, medi buying and PR services across India

For what projects/services did your company hire NuBrave - Brand & Tech Solutions, and what were your goals?

Our business went through some challenging times during the Covid-19 pandemic and we were trying to add new verticals in our business. We wanted to consult and get our Brand Strategy done with NuBrave - Brand & Tech Solutions and Mr. Roq Cleo and his team helped us with Brand Strategy and design consulting. Later we worked on many of our client projects as well with NuBrave and continue to work till today...

How did you select this vendor?

We connected over a networking platform in 2021 and discovered their services during an online meeting. We then continued a couple of meetings to discuss and understand the complete service offerings and opted for Brand Strategy and completed the consulting and workshops over the next couple of months. Their deep understanding about Brand Strategy, Branding, Design, UI, UX is amazing and their approach is very customer friendly and professional.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

To start with, they interviewed me and understood in detail about my existing business and the new verticals we were planning to launch. Then they scheduled the meetings for strategy sessions and workshop. The final deliverables included Brand Strategy, Brand guidelines, design thinking workshop.

I worked directly with Mr. Roq Cleo and was completely satisfied with his knowledge, ability to understand and deliver a solution and overall professional approach. He is the CEO of NuBrave

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of their help and suggestions, we were able to strategically position our services and new verticals strongly and started getting business almost instantly. The strategy helped in getting a new perspective and deep understanding of our business strengths and position ourselves strongly after the pandemic and we are seeing an incremental growth month on month in the current financial year. We are getting new clients and also increasing the service offerings to existing customers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly meetings and always in the loop for next steps. We felt the professional approach by their team right from the word go. We used email, whatsapp and slack as communication tools, collaboration and project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment to learning about our business and helping us with strategy was mind-blowing. They truly cared about our business and we're genuinely interested in helping us to fix our strategy and help us grow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd have loved to see website design mockups after the strategy, but we couldn't engage them for website redesigning package. Would be restarting that shortly.
