They approached complete online shopping website only $500, but end up over $6500 at the end. We paid maintenance cost in advance, but their contact has disconnected since 8th/Jan/2024.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I sent so many email which never replied or maintained. They are scammers. Do Not do the business with them. They approached at September 2023 that they can complete online shopping website only $500, but end up over $5000 at the end. We paid so many extra cost and paid extra a lot of money for maintenance cost in advance, but their contact has disconnected since 1/Jan/2024. I sent so many email which never replied or maintained. They are scammers. Do not do business with them. Since I left the review,. they blocked our all the access of our website and made the page error. Then approached us to pay extra $800 to make it run as normal. They refused our website back up file which I already paid to them. They are cyber criminal.

None. Their phone has disconnected. They did not reply email. Then, They refuse to give our back up file which what we paid for. They blocked our access and controlling our website, stopped hosting as normal.They asking more and more moneyif I want to run. It is crime what they are doing. They should allow to advertise any platform. They were kicked out from Bark last year what I found.
