Across Europe, we have approximately 200 hotels. However, I specifically manage the advertising division for the UK and Ireland, which covers around 57 hotels.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We approached Nous with a brief for a brand awareness campaign, aiming to increase visibility for our hotel group across Asia. We tasked them with developing a creative concept and activation strategy tailored to this audience.

Nous took our brief and presented three potential video concepts. We selected one and proceeded with filming at one of our properties. They managed the entire production process, involving models, a dog model, stylists, and production crews, 29 people in total. Once filming was complete, they edited the footage and produced our ads, which were then distributed across various platforms, including video-on-demand services, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and digital audio (similar to Spotify podcasts).

Additionally, we collaborated with Nous on an influencer campaign. Their team identified and engaged four influencers, coordinated their stays at our hotel, and obtained content from them to further promote our brand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our primary measure of success was the campaign’s performance and its ability to meet our KPIs which we successfully achieved.
