I’m the owner and CEO of a clothing store in Calgary, Canada. We have two employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nomfro Technologies?

I needed a website for my store.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told Nomfro Technologies what I wanted, and they built my website from scratch.  Shortly after my platform was launched, they advertised my website for a period of time and I believe they used Google Ads for that. I continue to pay them for yearly maintenance. 

What is the team composition?

I'm only working with one person from Nomfro Technologies.

How did you come to work with Nomfro Technologies?

A friend introduced me to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and we continue to collaborate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re very good. Anytime I have issues with the website, I call them and they address the issues immediately. I give them an 8 out of 10 in terms of success with the website.

How did Nomfro Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a perfect project management process, and I’d recommend them to anyone. I also appreciate the responsiveness of their project manager. We mainly communicate over phone calls, but also exchange emails occasionally.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re timely.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Anytime they run an update on the website, they should notify me first. At one point, I had just referred people to go make a purchase on the website only for the customer to call me back and tell me that the website wasn’t showing up. I called Nomfro Technologies about it and they had done an update on the website’s backend. Other than that, they’re okay.
