We hired Noise to give us a complete rebrand and to develop a more up to date website. Our goals were to shake up the old image that we felt our current branding and website were portraying at the time.

After doing extensive due diligence we had narrowed our search down to 4 vendors who's work impressed us. Having discussed our goals and ideas with all vendors we quickly came to the conclusion that Robbie and Paul from Noise were on the same wavelength as us. There previous websites were impressive, But how they interacted with us was what sealed the deal.

We initially discussed our goals and objectives. Robbie then came back with a mood board for our new brand and how he envisaged the design of the web site. Once we signed off on that, everything fell into place quickly. They greatly increased our e -commerce capabilities By incorporating an on line booking function for accommodation and vouchers.

We mainly worked with Robbie for design (head designer) and Paul for content creation and marketing

Once the site launch we noticed a massive increase in on line traffic. This converted into increased accommodation sales and vouchers sails almost immediately. Wedding traffic saw the most significant increases. The wedding funnel that the lads designed has helped us to be more efficient in keeping contact and converting more of the leads to sales.

We had regular contact from Noise and we felt that we were always in the loop. They were very patient with our own inputs and very diplomatic in how they felt the design direction should go.

They gave us a great website that is easy to upload content . The were fantastic in their communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. Most of all, they did exactly what we requested and even over-delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a minor hiccup when we launched, But it was actually more the fault of the payment gateway company. Robbie to his credit solved the issue very quickly.
