Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the co-founder of AllianceBlock, a decentralized, AI-powered investment and financing platform. I’m responsible for everything related to software development, including our portal and smart contracts.

For what projects/services did your company hire NodeFactory?

We needed NodeFactory to develop the automatic deployment of our smart contracts (which they previous developed). They were also responsible for implementing a layer that enables us to easily communicate with multiple different blockchains.

What were your goals for this project?

Ideally, we wanted a stable environment that could handle multiple blockchains. However, we needed it to at least work with our core one, Ethereum. Additionally, our API layer had to facilitate interactions between the blockchain and different services simply.

After researching several vendors online, we chose NodeFactory because of their dedication to critical thinking and excellent planning.

They developed an automatic deployment tool for smart contracts and documented their work. We faced several tight deadlines, but they handled them amazingly well. They were as dedicated to success as we were.

What was the team composition?

We worked with two developers, both of whom were Node.js and Solidity specialists.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Their work allowed us to demonstrate a functional product to our community and potential investors. We’ve received very positive feedback and raised funds necessary to continue developing our platform.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were part of the Scrum team and updated their tasks in Jira, conferencing with us through Google Hangouts. Their communication was clear, and they have always kept their delivery promises.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Despite their relative youth, they have a mature perspective and don’t say “yes” blindly. They have a variety of skills and possess insights regarding a wide array of subjects. When working on individual tasks, they never lost sight of the project, or its goals, as a whole.

Are there any areas for improvement?

On a few occasions, they solved small bugs so quickly that they forgot to communicate them to us.

For what projects/services did your company hire NodeFactory?

We hired NodeFactory to build a marketplace that would enable companies to request data on others anywhere in the world. We called this “a bounty system,” where participants could create a request and our network would fulfill their inquiry.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a decentralized system built with Ethereum that would provide a UX that mirrored modern applications.

How did you select this vendor?

Since blockchain is a fast-changing technology, we wanted to make sure we understood what was being built and that it would be adaptable to changes. We selected NodeFactory because of their expertise in Ethereum and their willingness to work closely with our developers. Additionally, our team is between the US and Croatia, so we needed a vendor with excellent communication skills.

NodeFactory built the smart contracts and backend for the system, while our internal team worked on the frontend. Their team wrote tests for their smart contract logic that allowed us to make changes in the future and know the inner workings of the system.

We worked with Belma (CEO, NodeFactory) and Marin (CTO & Co-Founder, NodeFactory), who both contributed to the smart contract and backend development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

NodeFactory developed a blockchain marketplace that’s superior in development and intricacy than most publicized blockchain projects with millions in funding.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I gained a lot of confidence in NodeFactory. Constant communication between our teams was essential to creating a successful product. Their team answered many technical questions for ours, regarding blockchain. We used Slack and Google Hangouts. The distance between our groups never was an issue. Belma and Marin were readily accessible and attended all of our meetings. Their team was flexible, working with whatever was best for our team. We used Asana for task management after switching several tools.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As a developer myself, I was cautious to outsource development services. However, working with NodeFactory completely changed my views. NodeFactory felt like a natural part of the team from the beginning. I appreciate their willingness to listen and dedication to make the entire process comfortable. They made an effort to talk through any challenges with our team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of anything. The experience working with NodeFactory was incredibly smooth.

We selected NodeFactory to develop and deploy a custom NFT smart contract and develop and deploy a web 3.0 application for the Postereum project.

We selected NodeFactory through our community connections in the Croatian blockchain community.

NodeFactory created and deployed a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain and created a web 3.0 application for token sale connected to MetaMask.

We worked and had daily contact through the project with CEO Belma and CTO Marin.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We managed to launch a project on time. All tasks were done on time or even before the deadline. The team performed great and managed to deliver everything without any problems.

Project management was great, communication was daily. We communicated over email, WhatsApp, teams, or even phone calls when it was necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very flexible with their time, always available, and understood very well what we needed from them.

I would not change anything.
