I'm the founder and CEO of BIGSTAR TV Inc.

What challenge were you trying to address with Last Local App Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

We were looking for a vendor to help us develop various applications for our brands.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have 17 different brands, and Last Local App Solutions has been building applications for our various platforms, such as Smart TV, Roku, Fire TV, Fire tablets, and phones. Our apps are available for both iOS and Android devices, but our focus is more on the Connected TV side. In addition to developing the new apps, they took some of our existing products and improved them.

What is the team composition?

We mostly work with a project manager, but there is a whole team dedicated to our project.

How did you come to work with Last Local App Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

I wasn't involved in that process.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.

How did Last Local App Solutions Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly use WhatsApp, email, and Skype to stay in touch and we haven't had any issues with communication. They work fast, and they even work with us during their holidays.

They deliver on promises. We've worked with some other providers that made many promises but didn't keep them.

I can't think of anything. It’s been a great partnership.
