I’m a flower farmer and a florist, and I have an ecologically sustainable flower farm.

What challenge were you trying to address with DevsNotRest?

I hired them to create a website to correspond to my approach to the flower industry and flower growing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, I had several calls with DevsNotRest to explain that I wanted the website to be as customer-friendly and clear as possible. I also told them I wanted the site to describe who I am, what I do, and how I do it. From there, they developed the site using WordPress.

What is the team composition?

I had direct contact with a project manager.

How did you come to work with DevsNotRest?

I met one of the owners through a previous job. I like to promote my friends and people dear to me, so I decided to go with DevsNotRest.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–July 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DevsNotRest did great work, and we had good cooperation. They treated me very professionally, and whenever I asked for changes, they were done instantly. The team also offered to teach me how to use WordPress to manage our website. I haven’t promoted my website yet because I need to change a few things, so I don’t have quantitative metrics yet. Overall, I would recommend DevsNotRest.

How did DevsNotRest perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very good at project management, including sticking to deadlines and budgets. We communicated through WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DevsNotRest had a great ability to read and understand my needs as a customer. This was their first time with a project like this since they usually work with high-tech companies. My business is a flower farm, and although it was different for them, the team made the experience great for me. Even though people don’t see flower farming as impressive or fancy, they treated me very well and made me feel that my business was important to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing negative about our cooperation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be yourself! A website is like a business card of the person behind it. Even if you think your ideas might be silly, they’re the best for the business you’re running. You’re the one who knows the emotions and intentions behind your business, so you should stick to your own vision and ideas. DevsNotRest will make your website look perfect.

We directly know part of the team working for DevsNotRest. The selection was easy because of our good relations with them.

At first, we needed to sit down and do some online meetings to discuss our needs. After that DevsNotRest proposed the concept of our website with all critical for us features. When everything was set in strict collaboration with our team step by step guys from DevNotRest filed all needed solutions etc.

In total, we worked with 3 people including CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main success is for sure the final appearance of our website. Plus that also worth underlining that the Dev team gave our team full training on how to manage and add easy things to the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was outstanding. Contact 24/7 via mail or cellphone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely the most unique of the Dev team was the way how those guys collaborate with clients. Working closely with the client is not an easy task. Several times they showed us the results of the given solution just to discuss the pros and cons. Having collaborators like them is a true treasure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All they need is just time. They are a quite fresh company for sure. They need next tasks thanks to which they might have a chance to go a learn a lot and grow to others field.
