Due to NDA we cannot descibe the project in detail, but it is an online tool to support medical specialist in their work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We monitored the project thru sprint reports, testing by the client as adaption by the user, which were very good.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, at the start when people still needed to understand the special architecture some tickets could not be made in the current sprint, but then the team decided to put in extra hours, to still finish the sprint at no extra cost. Also the time spent upfront to understand the project is excellent.

That they also have an eye on other goals at work, so, they also invest profit into charity and education

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nimbus Technology could have done differently?

I think it would be a good thing if junior developers that come into the company learn english from the start, although communication was not a problem, you will notice that sometimes the BA or projectmanager jumps in, cause the level of understanding of some developers is not sufficient yet.
