A customer app was built from scratch for 3 kinda of users. Back office, clients and freelancers who can provide services. Services planning strategy, pricing based on requirements, availability of professionals and booking process, everything was automated.

We had deliverables and planning of these deliverables. The work was done on time, and we're satisfied.

We had changed our plan and scope in middle of project which was properly discussed and accommodated properly. Replanning was needed but everything went as expected
