For what projects/services did your company hire Next Wave Services?

I hired Next Wave to create a functional website for new customers to be able to find me. Now that the website is created, they do all the maintenance and proactively update my SEO info so I get ranked higher.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted a simple website that provided enough information for potential customers to contact me. The layout and design was all completed by Next Wave so I didn't have to be creative. They took care of it all.

The Next Wave team is a collaborative team of designer, website UI creators, graphic designers, and project managers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website was created in only 45 days and it represents my company well. They helped create a new logo for me that is much more creative than what I had made. I've seen steady traffic to the site that I was not getting before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good. They always replied promptly to my messages.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were proactive in tasks that I didn't know had to be done such as metatags and adding website page keywords. I wouldn't have done any of the back end work on my own. They took care of all of it for me.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The team is still growing like my company so there is room for process growth. But they treat each project individually and are not cookie-cutter in their approach.
