Nexa Soul created a two-sided platform that empowers both customers and tradespeople. Customers (Homeowners) can simply snap a picture of the issue and the platform connects them with pre-vetted service providers in the area. Below is a list of features based on roles:

Customer

· Registration & Login: Create an account with basic information and address to access TradeWork services. Log in securely to manage requests and profile.

· Request Service: Submit a request for a specific repair/renovation need. Describe the issue, include photos or a video, specify location, and any additional note for service provider.

· View Request Responses: View responses from nearby service providers who offer the requested service. Accept a request that fits within budget.

· Pay for a Service: Securely pay for the requested service within the application using a credit or debit card. Payment for services is processed securely through the application, providing peace of mind for both clients and service providers.

· View Invoice Details: Access detailed invoices for completed services. See the breakdown of costs, including service fees, commission, and any additional charges.

· Review Service: Rate and review the completed service and service provider. Share experience to help improve the service.

· Manage Profile: Update account information, address, and contact details for future service requests.

· Notifications: Receive updates and notifications about service requests, order confirmations, and other relevant information. Also, respond to service provider queries within the application.

· Contact Us: Easily reach TradeWork customer support through the app for any questions or concerns.

Service Provider

· Registration & Login: Create an account with details and address to connect with potential customers. Log in securely to manage profile and services.

· Manage Services: Add the specific services you offer (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry) with detailed descriptions and set own hourly rates.

· Service Requests: Receive alerts for customer service requests in the vicinity matching offered services. Also, view details of each customer request, including the issue description, photos, and location. 

· Accept Request: Accept a service request to confirm you'll complete the job. Communicate with the customer to request further information. Ask the customer for additional information or clarification needed to complete the service effectively.

· Reject Request: Decline a service request if you're unavailable or the job doesn't fit your expertise.

· View Order Details: Access details about confirmed service requests, including customer information, service date, and location. Also, the app offers the option to view location on the map.

· Contact Customer: Initiate a phone call with the customer directly through the application or use in-app chat to provide updates, ask questions, or discuss any concerns related to the service.

· Complete Order: Mark a service as completed after it's finished to the customer's satisfaction. This triggers the creation of customer payment. Add any additional cost and mention the reason for it.

· View Invoice Details: Access detailed invoices for completed jobs, including service fees, commission, and total earnings for each performed service.

· Reviews List: View customer reviews and ratings for services. Use this feedback to improve profile and attract more clients.

· View Total Income: Track earnings within the application. See current balance available for withdrawal and monitor the total income over time. Initiate a withdrawal request to transfer earned income from TradeWork to your chosen payment method.

· Add Payment Methods: Add preferred payment methods for receiving withdrawals from TradeWork. Ensure your information is accurate for smooth transactions.

· Manage Profile: Update your service provider profile including address, contact information, service offerings, and hourly rates.
