Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a company called Effortless Order. We develop mobile ordering apps for restaurants.

What challenge were you trying to address with NetworkAlgo Business Solutions?

Our online system was not working properly so I wanted to find a developer who would be able to overhaul it and provide ongoing technical support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completely took over the development project and fixed all the bugs. The program is hosted on AWS and I believe they used PHP.

Now, we keep them on retainer and when we get new customers, they build their apps from the white-label software they developed. They take care of any coding and graphics changes that need to happen to customize the app for each customer.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Ajay (CEO and Founder, NetworkAlgo Business Solutions), but if he is busy, I work with Shailesh (Sr. Web Developer, NetworkAlgo Business Solutions).

So far, I would say we’ve spent over $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on this project in 2016 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have looked at user ratings in the App Store and they're comparable with the ratings of the larger companies in mobile ordering.

How did NetworkAlgo Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate via email and Skype. Our conversations are frequent and their team has a quick response rate.

Ajay is very organized and detail-oriented. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. For example, if he isn’t clear on something because of my lack of communication, he will call me and make sure he understands my expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They care about their work and their customers. They have excellent communication.

No, I’m very happy with them.

It’s important to be organized and have a clear idea of the ideal outcome of the project.

I don’t have any specific advice because I don’t find anything to be bad about them. They do everything on time and within the given requirements, which is a rare thing to find in this field. Finding someone like that is the best thing ever.
