• We hired Network Doctor to take day-to-day IT administration off our plate, especially around employee onboarding/offboarding, access management, and general IT support, so our team isn’t stuck troubleshooting or managing tools on our own.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Network Doctor provides managed IT support for our small team, including helpdesk troubleshooting, managing access and accounts (especially around new hires and departures), and keeping our systems running. They also stepped in on a vendor-evaluation project by joining a Salesforce call related to backup/security and helping us assess the offer and options.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest improvement is that we’re no longer relying on internal staff to “figure it out” via Google/AI when something breaks; we have a real partner to call. On the Salesforce project specifically, Network Doctor’s involvement helped us evaluate the offer more clearly and contributed to a much better pricing outcome than we would have gotten otherwise.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They’re responsive and easy to work with. When we needed help on the Salesforce call, Dan made time to join, asked the right questions, and he and Sama helped translate technical details into practical decision-making. For day-to-day needs, support is consistent - typical IT friction exists, but it’s significantly easier having a team to lean on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were willing to jump into something that wasn’t strictly “standard helpdesk” and still add value. Having an MSP partner who can support day-to-day IT and help you evaluate a vendor’s technical pitch (without it turning into a headache) was genuinely helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Network Doctor could have done differently?

Nothing major. Like any IT provider, some tools (e.g., spam filtering) can be frustrating at times, but that’s normal. Overall, we’ve been happy with the partnership.

Network Doctor handled the full transition from our old IT provider, set up comprehensive managed IT support for our Mac users, and continues to monitor and maintain both our remote endpoints and on-premise servers. They also offer 24/7 support, critical for our globally distributed team.

The onboarding process was seamless, employee satisfaction skyrocketed, and support tickets are resolved fast. Employees went from dreading IT to proactively praising Network Doctor, that shift alone speaks volumes. We now operate with confidence in our IT infrastructure.

Everything was handled efficiently and on schedule. They made what could have been a stressful offboarding/onboarding process feel effortless. Communication is clear, and their engineers are knowledgeable and helpful at every turn.

None at all. I only wish I had made the switch sooner.
