I am responsible for all marketing activities in Utina Software, a start-up that creates software solutions for financial institutions that offer products on business lines such as Consumer Finance, Renting, Equipment Finance, and Automotive Finance

For what projects/services did your company hire Netwired Creative Agency, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a company that could bring professionalism and consistency to our brand. We kicked off the brand on our own, but we quickly realized we needed help. Additionally, we wanted a long-term partner that would be able to answer all our needs, as we do not have time to search for multiple providers.

After some research, we hired Netwired to do our full rebranding and support us with our marketing efforts, as this is exactly their preferred approach, an E2E partner for Branding & Marketing. Netwired provides us with Branding Strategy (vision, mission, values, ideal customer profiles, etc), Brand Identity ( logo, stationery, colors, typography, etc), Website Design, and Website Development and Digital Marketing Solutions (Email marketing, social media marketing, Paid ads, SEO, etc)

How did you select this vendor?

We searched the market but it was hard to find an agency that would do the full branding and marketing scope of activities we were looking for. Netwired immediately agreed to do the full scope of the project, at a good price range and they had this very close customer care and support that we highly valued.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

The project was divided into 4 different phases – Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing. Each phase was composed of the initial workshop that worked as a discovery session so they could grasp what our ideas were, what exactly we were looking for, and collect as much information as possible from us.

Afterward, they would kick off the work and when they had already produced some content, they would do other workshops to get our feedback, opinion and agree on the next steps. This would happen until we were all satisfied with the outcome. It was very flexible and the project was progressing smoothly without any issues.

Once all was complete, the work was submitted for our approval and if any final adjustments were needed, they would get it immediately done. In terms of deliverables Netwired produced for us: Full Brand Book which included – What, How, Why, Mission statement, Value Proposition, USP, Brand Values, Ideal Customer, Tagline, Brand Personality, Logo, Colours, Typography, Identity Guidelines, and Stationary assets.

Website Design & Development – Wordpress website in 2 languages (French & English) with all the necessary information about Utina. The website looks modern and mobile-friendly. Digital Marketing – Setup of all our Mail marketing strategies and required assets. They handle all our LinkedIn communication, posts, graphics, and others. Stationary marketing assets, such as roll-ups, flyers.

Digital Documents, such as whitepapers, presentations, case studies that are then used for pay-per-click campaigns. Our cooperation keeps ongoing today.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From the Netwired side, we worked mostly with Paulo who is the project manager and handles all our communications and all our project discussions and progress. He is the bridge between us and all the Netwired team. We also worked sometimes with other specialists in graphic design, web design, but usually, Netwired offers a dedicated PM to handle all our requests.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since June 2021 Netwired has managed to deliver Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution. This is quite a big project and a big scope to deliver in half a year. So we consider that as a success. Now we will focus on Marketing and our Goals for 2022.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

As part of their modus operandi, they provide you with a dedicated project manager that is responsible for addressing all your requests, ensuring that the project progresses without any hiccups. The communication is quite frequent, open, and flexible. This is a very pleasant aspect of our cooperation.

Any request we have, issues, or other topics they immediately pick it up and act upon it. They also use a set of tools that allow for a smooth project management and communication, such as Notion and Slack – to which we have direct access, to see how things progress and for fast updates and cooperation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are really pleased with how the communication happens between both sides. It’s quick, smooth, very close. We feel they treat us as their top priority and that our Brand matters for them – they are true partners.

Additionally, we are very pleased with the volume and the quality of work they have produced so far for us. A more important point is they have met all the agreed deadlines. We feel that they've fully embraced our brand, goals, and future as their own, giving us their 100%.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Until now everything was achieved as expected in terms of deliverables as well as project management / good communication, the great thing with Netwired is that adjustments or required improvements are made with the stream… in 2022 we are going to face new challenges, we are working on the best approach to make it so let’s see how this new milestone goes but we are confident for our ongoing collaboration.

Netwired Creative Agency helped us with some web development topics in the past and we like to get back to them as they are responsive and deliver quickly what we need.

What I like about Netwired Creative Agency is that they work with minimum requirements and they come back with constructive feedback and improvements.

Two. Copywriter and Data Governance Expert to give expertise about the subject.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The content is live on our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a couple of meetings, back and fourth emails and two feedback events where we had to explain what we like/do not like.

They were professional, hard-working, and client-focused — I would definitely recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of at the moment.
