Netset assigned a senor business associate where I connect with him whenever required. Also their is a team assigned for backend, iOS, and Android.

They take ownership of work, they are handling integrations with 3rd parties that are major for our business and as an owner, I feel that Netset are helping me in achieving those integrations quickly since it's important for us to implement.

They refer to any information provided to them, whether it was on a Skype chat, a document sent on email, drive sheets, or Zoom calls. Once I share information with them, then they will handle it properly, and will refer to any communication provided earlier to them that will help in achieving the implementation.

The communication and availability is great. Also, all I need to talk to one person in charge ,and he will follow up with his team and will keep me updated. Adding to this the quality of their work is really good.

Their team is not available on weekends but I think they can be available if I ask them for any major incident might pop up where I will need assist from Netset.

With their suggestions we added to the original idea for the app. The initial design was delivered and we iterated until my team has approved it. As a result we contracted them to improve our existing app prototype. The backend and iOS version was created from scratch after the Android prototype was remade.

Our company’s motive was to build a solution for NFTs which would offer a higher level of security with customizable services along faster deployment. The NFT Marketplace has to implement all of the fundamental features for peer-to-peer trading and item discovery.

The marketplace should always maintain its uniqueness for using it after any minor customization. At the same time, it should remain as a solid basis for advanced customization of the UI and adding new features. We had to develop a system that is sufficiently secure and well tested, so that the benefits of Non-Fungible Tokens are not compromised.

Within two weeks, they delivered the first round of the iOS app. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. Before launching, we ran it through beta testing.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, I mostly interacted with two lead front- and backend developers.

Within 3 months after our app was launched, we saw over 1,000 downloads and achieved a 5-star rating in app stores. We've seen a tremendous boost in traffic since launching the app, and people have commented on how easy it is to use. We've gained new readers and visitors because of the platform.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

Their mobile app development skills blew me away. They knew everything about UX and execution. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.
