Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Digital Marketer at eCommerce project, and we had decided to try and add email marketing tools to our marketing plan.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netpeak?

We were looking for an agency that could create an email marketing strategy. I found out about Netpeak at the SaaS Nation conference; we talked and exchanged contacts.

What were your goals for this project?

We had need to create email marketing.

The key elements for me were their portfolio and a highly professional approach.

I have already talked with the CEO of Netpeak at the conference and seen some video feedbacks from other Netpeak clients.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the Head of Email Marketing Dept., Project Manager and two email marketers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of six-month cooperation, we met all the KPI targets and received a stable flow of customer orders from the email marketing channel with the lowest CAC.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All tasks are set in PlanFix.
There is a Client Dashboard where you can pay invoices and track the task statuses.
Google Meet call with a team once a week.
KPI reports at the end of each month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Netpeak is an ROI-oriented company, which is why all the tools used were to increase profitability in the first place.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
