I’m the CEO of a company that helps people set up accounts for deceased individuals.

What challenge were you trying to address with NetForemost, Inc?

We had a highly sophisticated app for our products, but didn’t have in-house engineers, so we hired NetForemost, Inc to do the project for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NetForemost, Inc has developed a web and mobile app from scratch. Customers can log in to the app directly on our website. NetForemost, Inc has also developed the mobile app for both iOS and Android. We’ve developed the apps along the way with NetForemost, Inc. Initially, we wanted to do something similar to Facebook, where people could come in and set up an account for someone who was deceased.

Users can upload photos, videos, and memories of their loved ones. Other users can comment, share, and add their own photos and memories of that person. It’s a place where families can get together and commemorate the life of their loved ones. All accounts are connected to a QR code placed on a gravestone, so people can scan the code and learn about the person buried there.

We provided NetForemost, Inc with a basic framework of what we wanted to do. As we met with them, they added their ideas, and the project grew from there. NetForemost, Inc has also provided design services.

What is the team composition?

We work with a project coordinator, someone in their design department, several teammates in the coding department, someone in the QA department, and someone who does implementation and rollout.

How did you come to work with NetForth?

We found them through a Google search. We talked to several different companies, and NetForemost, Inc seemed to be the best. We’re a startup, so we had to have our budget in mind, and they were very reasonable in their costs, while their quality was very good.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2023, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of NetForemost, Inc's work is great. The apps are already in use, with hundreds of thousands of downloads and around 100,000 users.

How did NetForemost, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver work on time and within budget. We typically communicate through Slack, Google Docs, and Google Meet. We meet with them each week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their honesty about what they can do is impressive. They're always able to do more than we ask. They're very capable in what they can develop and have gone above and beyond what we've ever imagined. They continue to have additional ideas that make the product even better. We plan to keep them as our developer forever.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be responsive to their communication. They're always willing to help and offer ideas. Stay on top of the communication with them because they'll work faster than you can as a client. Be in constant communication so they understand your project and you can meet your deadlines.
