They developed a plan for the future of our software and created an internal reporting platform.  Our software gives brands accounting data and project details to help them manage talent.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It has been really beneficial for us because we’ve been able to show external partners and they can see a really specific impact as well. They don’t have to send us as much manual work to us, and we’re able to give them reports and CDC files in a really easy way. It has also really helped our operations and accounting team because it has given us visibility into teammates and revenue tracking.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We are quite pleased with them. We weren't sure what to expect because the previous company we worked with was very hands-off and I don't have much experience with technology, but Netclubbed guided us through the process with minimal guidance. We received just what we needed every day, and our education was well-balanced with making sure we were in the thick of things. We spoke via Slack and Jira, and I spoke with them every morning.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated that they were always reachable. They responded to me promptly in the event that I had any problems. Since we lacked that experience, we were searching for a partner that could bring strategy and knowledge to the table. In that regard, they truly lived up to my expectations. I could easily pick up the phone and speak with them, whether it was one of their senior employees or my main point of contact. 
We were relieved to get candid criticism, which confirmed the efficacy of the remedy. We were certain that we were benefiting the most from our collaboration with Netclubbed.
