I initially provided Net-Craft.com Inc. with written documentation of how the product should look like. We refined the details together. 

At present, the app has been developed, and Net-Craft.com Inc. provides ongoing maintenance for it. For features, the app is for our luxury transportation services; it’s similar to Uber or Lyft.

The partnership started in March 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen no issues on the app, and it doesn’t crash. We’re still marketing it.

Net-Craft.com Inc. delivers on time, and they have a transparent process. If I want to implement new features, they tell me exactly how much it costs.

They’re transparent about what they do and charge.

No, there aren’t any. They work honestly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Net-Craft.com Inc. gives proposals on what’s best for your product. It’s up to you whether or not you want to take their proposal, but know that such proposals are essential to the project. As the development goes on, you may find many important items not included in your initial plan. Given that, you can’t always stick with the original plan.

We initially met with Jason (President) and talked about our objectives. From there, they designed and built our app.

At present, we’re still engaged with the team for the beta testing process. For features, the app has GPS tracking, bill scans, and tracking functionalities.

Net-Craft.com Inc. has been great. They’re open and mindful, which is great since we lack technology experience. They hold our hands in the process. 

How did Net-Craft.com Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met our deadlines and stayed on budget. To communicate, we use phone calls and emails — they’re great at getting back to us and answering our calls. I’ve also met Jason face-to-face. Overall, the team’s transparency is great. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Net-Craft.com Inc. team is excellent at staying within budget and adapting to change. I have three partners, and as we continue to grow this product, it will cost additional money. Luckily, the team is flexible in terms of payments and schedules. That’s great because this project is just one of my many projects; I also have a full-time job and a second business. Their flexible pay schedule has been beneficial for us. 

Moreover, they’re a great company to work with; they bring me up to speed and give us the ins and outs of our ideas. As our initial concept grows, they remain transparent about what needs to be done and what it will cost. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I want to see them grow bigger and get more recognition.

Don’t tunnel-vision in one concept; it can become a lot bigger than you expect. Think big, and don’t be small-minded. Net-Craft.com Inc.’s resources and technologies can turn a grain of salt into a mountain if you want to do that.

I contacted Net-Craft.com Inc. to support the development of an end client's website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the first project I worked on with Net-Craft.com Inc., the team initially discussed the end client's website requirements with me and came back with a first round of designs after we agreed on the site's features and functionalities. I've provided direction and feedback as art director, and Net-Craft.com Inc. did revisions. We work using Figma, where the team shares updates. 

Once we've reached the point of starting to look at HTML, Net-Craft.com Inc. will provide access to the WordPress backend so I can make adjustments as needed. I'd review it with my end client in a live HTML setting, and once we reach the desired outcome, we'll launch the website. After launching this site, Net-Craft.com Inc. has helped me build a second website for the end client. 

We're opening another scope of work since the end client requested another pass through the site to address any issues and continue building the site. I've also engaged with Net-Craft.com Inc. in another end client's project.

I only work directly with Jason (President). He manages a bigger team, although I don't interact with them.

Net-Craft.com Inc. was referred to me by my end client. I found their prices reasonable and liked they offered other services like SEO development and digital marketing.

We began working with Net-Craft.com Inc. in September 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The end client is satisfied with Net-Craft.com Inc.'s work. The website has good traffic overall. In the past week, we had 1,500 new users, and in the past 30 days, we had around 4,500 new users. The team delivers weekly analytics reports. Generally speaking, I'm pleased with Net-Craft.com Inc.'s work quality. The way I choose to engage with the team is that when I'm concerned they don't do something to my personal standard, I directly make design edits that are more straightforward. 

I'm aware it's a unique approach for clients who don't have design capabilities, but I try to keep things moving by jumping in and providing direction in certain cases. I try to provide a solution so we aren't hung up by anything. I'm pleased with the process and decided to work with Net-Craft.com Inc. again for another end client's project because of their easy process and work quality. 

How did Net-Craft.com Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Net-Craft.com Inc. delivers work on time. If there are any budget implications, the end client or I will flag them before the team starts to work. I haven't had any budget issues. We communicate exclusively via email since Jason prefers feedback in a written email format. I communicate with the rest of the team via Figma through comments on sections that require art direction. I only have two-way communication with Jason. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Net-Craft.com Inc.'s work makes my job easier. If they can help me do my job better and at a reasonable price, the team is doing their job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I understand why Net-Craft.com Inc. requires written email feedback to have a paper trail of every piece of feedback. However, I've found it challenging at times if I have a quick question or want to speak freely. If I'm trying to work through a design problem and have an A or B scenario, I'd like to call Net-Craft.com Inc. on the phone and receive an immediate response rather than having to articulate the nuances of both directions in the context of a written email. 

I'd like to discuss things live, although I also acknowledge that having that email trail makes project management easier and allows us to review past feedback. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest ensuring you can articulate your needs, feedback, and direction clearly via written email. I'm in a particular scenario since I'm a design professional and capable of manipulating Figma and other specialized programs to work through problems. Being able to articulate your needs clearly is my biggest piece of advice to potential customers.

This was a large project and every little detail was taken into account. Nothing was replicated and no templates were used so this project was 100% customized to my dream. It took a while to build due to my own personal situations-they could have been done way faster if it were not for me. They are so quick and punctual. 
We started with basic design with a color scheme layout that went into actual setup and the building of pages. Now that my app is done, Net Craft assists with errors my users may get, keeping my app fully functional without bugs, and making sure everything is running smoothly. Its been great so far and I look forward to adding more to my app soon! They also host my app for me.

My app income is steadily increasing each month and there have been little complaints of bugs. I also have plenty of good reviews on it!

There were many benchmarks, which were all clearly laid out and achieved in an unrushed yet timely fashion. Net-Craft.com Inc. made it very easy to design our website by delivering one page at a time in an extremely organized and efficient manner. Only once we were satisfied did we move on to another page or edit. It was impressive how Jason managed my inexperience in his field with competence and professionalism.

I don’t monitor the website’s metrics, but I’ve had many compliments about the site. Anyone who has seen it has complimented its layout and design, stating that it is a very clean and classy-looking site.

Net-Craft.com Inc. was extremely available and responsive to my every inquiry and request. If there was ever a delay, it was only on my end. They delivered on time and never once did I feel rushed or pressured to move faster than my schedule and pace allowed.
