I’m the principal of a law firm called Quay Law.

We needed more online presence, such as a website, social media marketing, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Net Branding Limited handles our online presence; they manage our social media marketing on Facebook and LinkedIn, including content creation and campaigns. They also developed our website and currently manage our SEO and Google Ads.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 people from their team, including the owner and a development manager.

How did you come to work with Net Branding Limited?

They’re a well-known digital marketing agency in the area, so I decided to hire them, and we’ve worked together ever since.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around January 2011, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen increases in leads and inquiries about what we do due to our online presence. They're excellent at attracting new clients for us.

They keep us informed of any delays or issues that arise and meet deadlines consistently. Communication is clear and effective as well; they quickly respond to us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They prioritize us and make us feel important as clients — effective communication is key, and they excel at that.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
